There are many ways to explore the region, and you’ll kick off the adventure among the treetops, getting an up-close view of the unique ecosystems of the rainforest canopy by sky tram and zip-line. Keep an eye out for monkeys, sloths, and brightly colored birds and frogs. You’ll also have the chance to take a guided rainforest trek to learn about the fascinating flora and fauna of Arenal. (B)

(B)
Day 4 — Monteverde Cloud Forest
Trace the shores of Arenal Lake, taking in stunning views as you travel with your private driver and guide to Monteverde Cloud Forest. Day 5 — Monteverde Cloud Forest
Expect an early morning wake-up call this morning! You’ll meet up with a private naturalist guide for a cloud forest walk when birds and other animals are actively preparing for their day.
