Muchenje Safari Lodge

Chobe Forest Reserve, Botswana

Set on an escarpment in the Chobe Forest Reserve, just a short distance from Chobe National Park, Muchenje Lodge offers sweeping views of the plains and the Chobe River. With just 10 thatched cottages, as well as a larger family cottage, this owner-managed hotel provides personalized service and a warm, intimate atmosphere. The main lodge features an open-plan lounge and bar with a lookout platform, as well as a swimming pool and deck. Cottages are cozy and well-appointed, with private verandas that face the Chobe River.

Pom Pom Camp

Nxabega Concession, Botswana

Situated on a low sand island in a private concession of the Okavango Delta, this tented camp is elegantly simple and has a traditional African feel. Set beneath two mature fig trees, the airy, thatched main lodge offers comfortable seating areas and a communal dining table and opens out onto the surrounding wilderness. Outside, a boma area looks out over a seasonal lagoon often visited by hippos and elephants, and a shaded pool invites guests for a relaxing dip during the mid-day heat. The nine en suite tents are spaced apart for privacy and set on raised decks facing the lagoon. They feature large open-air showers and are shaded by trees where vervet monkeys can often be seen climbing among the branches. A family tent with separate extension wing can accommodate a family of four.

Gunns Camp

Gunns Concession, Botswana

Perched on the Boro River, overlooking legendary Chief's Island and bordering the Moremi Game Reserve, Gunn’s Camp is set under leafy palms, blending naturally with its unique environment to offer comfort balanced by a rustic simplicity. Its seven luxury vintage tents feature en suite bathrooms, colorful fabrics, and teak furniture. The main lodge is elevated to make the most of the spectacular views and includes a lounge, dining area, small library with reference books, and a swimming pool.

During your stay at Gunn's, you will enjoy guided activities such as a mokoro trips and boat safaris (water levels permitting) along the many nearby channels and lagoons. You will also enjoy game and bird walks on the islands.
