Located in the heart of Zürich’s old town, the Marktgasse Hotel provides contemporary accommodation within a 600-year-old building. The renovated interior is bright and modern, while retaining some of its original features such as fresco paintings on the lobby walls and parquet flooring in the rooms. This was one of Zurich’s first inns, and the individually appointed rooms range from spacious, light-filled suites to snug single rooms. The hotel features a well-stocked library and has partnered with a nearby spa and gym, where you’ll find a Turkish bath, pool, and mud room.
