Spend time ashore in Catania, Sicily’s second-largest city, before boarding Sea Cloud II. Admire the Baroque buildings of the Old Town and see the private apartments of the 18th-century Palazzo Biscari on an exclusive visit. Marvel at the mosaics of the Villa Romana del Casale, a 4th-century Roman villa in nearby Piazza Armerina, and spend a day in the charming hillside town of Taormina, to discover the remnants of its ancient Greek theater, still in use today. Visit a winery near Mount Etna for lunch and a tasting before joining the main program. Accommodations are at the five- star, seaside Romano Palace Hotel.
