Special pricing for children ages 12 and older: Children ages 12 and older are welcome to join this Smithsonian Active Journey when sharing a room with one or more adults (limited availability, book early to ensure you space). There are no special children’s activities included on this trip and all presentations are geared towards older children and adults. This journey features a thrilling rafting trip with Class II to Class IV rapids with steep drops and plenty of waves as well as some short hikes when not rafting. The trip may not be suitable for all children. Please be sure to read the Activity Level for this trip.
