Photo: Turkish Delight
Turkish delight, or lokum, has been made and enjoyed in Turkey since the 15th century. Originally flavored with honey, and molasses, today's lokum connisseur canĀ find lemon, rosewater, or cinammon, among other flavors in markets across Turkey and much of Europe.
