With your experienced naturalist guide, hike through the surrounding primary rain forest reserve. Rise early for a birding excursion and visit a nearby river village, where the ribereños, or native people, continue their traditional lifestyle. Travel by boat deep into the rain forest to the ExplorNapo Lodge. Here, hike to the spectacular Canopy Walkway to experience the rain forest canopy and visit the ethno-botanical garden where a local shaman cultivates more than 240 medicinal plants.
