Fully equipped and privately chartered for our Galápagos cruise, the M/Y Coral II carries just 20 passengers and 10-person crew. The small but comfortable cabins have full private bath with shower. Amenities include three Sun Decks (one with shade) and a dining room. Naturalist-guides lead walking tours during the day then make presentations on an aspect of Galápagos natural history in the evening on board ship. The crew prepares local and international cuisine with fresh native ingredients. Please note that the M/Y Coral II is an eco-friendly vessel built specifically for Galápagos cruising. Though it lacks the deluxe amenities of larger ocean-going ships, it is a sufficiently comfortable home for your four-night cruise, and suitable to the extremely delicate (and protected) environment of the Galápagos. This also means that the Coral II is self-sufficient while at sea: it must treat its own sea water for drinking and cooking, thus there is no laundry service. In addition, toilet paper cannot be flushed (it is placed in waste receptacles which are emptied by the crew). Any inconvenience caused by these necessary procedures will be more than outweighed by the privilege of visiting this unique natural setting.
