Experience the Italian life in beautiful, centrally located apartments in the heart of Florence. Each apartment is uniquely designed and decorated, chosen specifically for Smithsonian travelers, furnished with comfortable modern amenities. The apartments’ charming local character offer a unique and enchanting atmosphere that will take you back in time. These apartments are housed in impressively renovated historic buildings, and they are fully furnished and equipped with linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. Each features a small kitchen for preparing meals, private bathroom, Internet, TV, and other modern comforts you would expect to find when traveling abroad.   The apartments will be cleaned twice during your stay and bed linens will be changed at the end of each week. All apartments are one bedroom, but two bedroom apartments are available upon request.
