WHAT OUR TRAVELERS SAY

It was such a harmonious experience from beginning to end. I recommend it enthusiastically to anyone who wants a bonding experience with their child or grandchild. I was expecting a lot, but this was twice as good.

- Happy P.

Our family safari in Tanzania was first-rate. We saw and learned so much and believe our grandsons had an experience they'll cherish always.

- Lynn H.

I thoroughly enjoyed this adventure. My family had an opportunity to see a beautiful country and breathtaking animals in their natural habitat. We'll talk about these eleven days for a lifetime!

- Keith Z.

Your people are incredible. The experience was wonderful… We felt very cared for. Your outfit is a cut above the rest.

- Henschen Family

Mount Meru Game Lodge

Arusha, Tanzania

This former private residence is a unique property located on the outskirts of Arusha; it has been a refuge for injured or orphaned animals for over 15 years. Homey, comfortable cottages are placed throughout the garden, while in the main building, an elegant lounge and dining area offer a quiet place to relax and share safari stories. At one end of the picturesque garden, there is a semi-enclosed park-like setting where marabou stork, zebra, gazelle, warthog, and even elephant recover from injuries obtained in the wild. Depending on their condition, every effort is made to reintroduce them to the wild. You may be lucky enough to hear monkeys chattering in the trees in the evening or scampering over the roof in the morning. The number of nights at each hotel/lodge are subject to change by departure.
