September 21 - 22 — Ljubljana, Slovenia

The largest city in the Baltics, Riga is a destination on the rise. A sovereign nation since 1991, Riga’s Art Nouveau center has earned it World Heritage Site designation. October 2 — Kotor, Montenegro
