Linda Mason
Linda Mason, a third generation Washingtonian and life-long resident, has devoted herself for the last 20 years to sharing her city with visitors from around the globe. Over that time she has brought the capital city to life for thousands of visitors with her engaging stories of the people, places, and events that have shaped the city, the nation, and the world. Her deep knowledge and lively interest in American history, joined with her relaxed conversational style, sense of humor, and warm, friendly demeanor has endeared her to visitors of all ages. Linda has traveled extensively both abroad and in the United States, which has helped to further enrich her understanding of how the history of her city connects to the history and people of the rest of America and the world. Linda holds a B.A. in English and Speech Communications from the University of Virginia.

David G. Moore
David G. Moore was born, raised, educated, and resides in Washington, D.C. He has led and guided tours along the East Coast of the United States for more than 30 years. His particular interests and expertise are in local Washington, D.C. history and culture, presidential history, and especially the American Civil War. David likes to make personal and historic connections with visitors' hometowns and the capital city, and although Washington, D.C. is his hometown he strongly believes it belongs to all Americans. He is a strong ambassador for Washington, D.C. since he can explain and discuss American history thoroughly, yet his humor, patience, and kindness are also highly appreciated by visitors.
