Leah Ibraheem joined Smithsonian Journeys in 2006 as Direct Marketing Manager. She handles the Journeys Blog, manages the database, and performs research and analysis for the organization, among other projects. Leah is a graduate of Syracuse University, with a B.A. in Music. She is a longtime resident of the D.C. area, and her interests include blogging, music, wildlife, and, of course, travel. She has traveled independently to Eastern Europe, the British Isles, Mexico, and throughout North America. For Smithsonian, she has traveled to Hungary, Holland, Belgium, Canada, the Middle East, and across the U.S.
