It&#039;s central character is actually the artist Fra Filippo Lippi, and his remarkable work, still seen  in the Church of San Lorenzo in Prato, Italy. Galleria Communale di Palazzo Pretario. While a love story, it also is full of the detail of life in the Italian Renaissance.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m currently reading Panther Soup by John Gimlette.  It is a re-creation of the route American troops took during WWII from landing near Marseille, France, into Germany.  The author is accompanied by one of the soldiers.
I have read Mary Queen of Scots and the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and loved them both.]]></description>
